Bio:
Raised in Kalmor by his human aunt Korah, who explains his birth as the result of a “rebellious” streak in her sister that lead to a trist with a half-orc dockworker. He has never met his mother and little is said of her within the high-society Moriden family . Korah cared for him and loved him as an aunt, yet he learned he had to constantly prove himself above his heritage. This became an obsession in his youth, excelling at all he could to recieve a glimps of pride in his aunt’s eyes.

His name represents the rift between his parents’ race. Randolph Fergal was a respectable human name given to set him in the right direction, while his nickname stuck when he was a boy rightously denying an accusation of mischief against him claiming he’d “stake his clan on it.” Korah thought this was hillarious, as he had no clan, and quite ironic, as there is little honor to be found within orc gatherings.

Fergal eventually joined a prestigious martial program sponsored by one of the city’s temples. Many noble paladins and military leaders came from this school. He was at worst tolerated but continued to prove himself capable. Here he made a few allies (and possibly a few enemies) within the nobility scene.

Once a fully fledged cavalier of Kalmor, he was offered the opportunity to head to the developing kingdom of Acheron. His ideals fit perfectly into the mission. He believes wholeheartedly that although a chaotic individual will grant the world creativity, a society in chaos will only lead to the suffering of its people. Law, order, civility and advancement must be bestowed upon these unfortunate lands. The court of Kalmor, and possibly the king himself, show an interest in influencing the direction of the fledgling kingdom and are happy to provide advice to the young cavalier “diplomat.”
